Spangenberg Management Solutions have three functions we specialise in;
- Recruitment
- Training and Development including Mentorship and Life Coaching
- Entrepreuneurial Develoment
Recruitment
SM Solutions performs the full function of recruitment
- from permanent placements
- to contractual appointments of specialised skills over a time period.
- We also assist with ad- hoc placements – for periods shorter than 3 months where a specific skill is required as an interim measure only
- SM Solutions specialises in headhunting the elusive and high-quality candidate for your business and, with the addition of our international associates
- We can select scarce skills for your business on an international scale.
- We are able to make executive appointments making full use of our associates, skilled in psychometric evaluation and identification of appropriate abilities.
Training and Development
We have our own programs we are able to utilise in any area of need identified by our team in discussion with your management team to facilitate correction and/or improved work environments. This can be done in group or individual instances. If areas are identified we are able to initiate a program specifically designed by trained Psychologists to address the need identified.
Mentorship
Using a Christian basis we are able to meet with high end individuals to assist in a nukber of ways improving how they operate and creating a deeper understanding why they react the way in which they do under certain circumstances and eradicate restrictive behavior patterns and encourage use of rewarding personality modelling.
Life Coaching
We assist everyonein unleashing that vast potential for happiness and success that all have…without exception! This potential is seldom fully explored accessed to your benefit.

Spangenberg Management Solutions cc (SMSolutions) has evolved out of a number of years of experience in the Human Relations, training, management and recruitment fields, as well as establishing and managing numerous recruitment companies.
SMSolutions is more than simple recruitment; it is an independent people management and development solution business. SMSolutions believes in the view of Dale Carnegie where he said:
“you can teach skills, but character must be inborn”
At SMSolutions we strive to identify and determine the candidate most suited to the position on offer and who can make a difference by the energy and competency displayed.
SMSolutions is able to assist you in supporting your organization with people management solutions training and development as well as to assess needs and development requirements for future growth and training by enhancing your existing strategic plans.

We also accommodate requests for clerical positions in the financial or small business environment exclusively for our existing client base.

This may mean that you do not require our full scrutiny of the candidate or psychometric testing and therefore we can negotiate a different cost structure for your business.
